snow down

snow is great. i realised that again today. after not visiting the snow in 4 and a half years, and even then it was in switzerland where they have fantastic light and fluffy snow compared to australian wet and icy snow, i was having my doubts about how fun it can be in the aussy mountains. this all changed when i dropped a snowball about half a metre ’round on joel’s head. other memorable moments including causing a toboggan pileup due to a poorly executed turn which left me and many others lying on the snow in a little bit of pain, also hooning down a hill on a toboggan and taking out rheeces feet and watching him hit the deck… good times.

aaah new lenses allow me to see the world in a whole new way. it would seem the universe has alot less anti-aliasing than i previously thought and these new lenses put everything into perspective. virgin gave me a shiny card too the other day and confirmed their casual way of dealing with people when i rang them to activate my card. and i quote “would you like me to activate the internet and phone shit aswell?” no joke. even the voice that tells you that all operators are on other calls was casual and said “sorry we’re snowed under right now but we would love to take your call. you can either hold and listen to our funky tunes or call back later on.” seriously if you ever get the chance, deal with virgin, they’re the friendliest bunch of people i’ve ever heard on the phone. no more of that indian guy who is impossible to understand.

all my adoring fans, i know how much this site means to you and the millions who visit here. my deepest apologies from the ass end of my heart (does that even make sense?) for the lack of updates and general lack of site loading goodnessly. its all the hosts fault. blame tristan who undoubtedly will blame someone else. so i must bid you all adue! and go to work (which is still as fun as ever).

fish bowl

my party was officially awesome, except for a minor squabble. started off at taco bills where we ate and i got stuff (which is always fun) while i struggled through a fish bowl (massive glass of alcoholic beverage.) all was well except for mathew paz (who liz invited) and it isn’t that he is gay (though he was being a little too friendly due to reasons that bring me to the next point), what really bothered me was that he was extremely drunk and was just being a tool. anyway after he left (without paying for his meal) it was all smooth sailing. intencity followed afterwards where i beat everyone at all the games, sucked in tristan, you lose! then we hit the clubs. it was as fun as clubs usually are though a highlight was definatly rheece being kicked out because he was too drunk… he wasn’t really drunk though which was somewhat puzzling. anyway we then tried to get into the globe even though we were all off our nut and they let us all in without a second thought. though by that time the novelty of clubbing had gone so the 4 of us who were left crashed at my house (quite a big number considering how small my house is)
