aaah new lenses allow me to see the world in a whole new way. it would seem the universe has alot less anti-aliasing than i previously thought and these new lenses put everything into perspective. virgin gave me a shiny card too the other day and confirmed their casual way of dealing with people when i rang them to activate my card. and i quote “would you like me to activate the internet and phone shit aswell?” no joke. even the voice that tells you that all operators are on other calls was casual and said “sorry we’re snowed under right now but we would love to take your call. you can either hold and listen to our funky tunes or call back later on.” seriously if you ever get the chance, deal with virgin, they’re the friendliest bunch of people i’ve ever heard on the phone. no more of that indian guy who is impossible to understand.

Oh, and I like dealing with Telstra, since I have NEVER been put on hold in all the time I’m been connected with them.

Oh, and in terms of Credit Cards, I never ring my bank, I just use NetBank or go in the branch.
