the internet is uninspiring… tibia is boring… all the sites i usually frequent are becoming tedious… i can’t think of what to downloadforums are annoying… and i’m tired of ellipsis. Hell even always writing without capitals is losing its charm. I think I’ve hit something like a “Geek Life Crisis.” Might go to bed.

  1. Obviously the whole geek thing isn’t fulfilling enough for you any more. You’ll have to try something else, maybe get a backyard cricket set or something, or a footy and get people over. Go out on a weekend and try and get a girlfriend, go for a road trip. Paintball would be a good venture, it’s far enough from Albs that you’ll have a fun time getting there and once you are there you’ll have a (paint)ball.

  2. Umm.. You play Tibia.. as in the game that is so incredibly awesome at times, and so incredibly gay at others? …I used to love that game..

  5. What’s with people trying to get me into cricket? It’ss like the most boring sport on the planet. If I wanted to go stand out in the sun and do nothing for a couple of hours, I wouldn’t do it in a crazy white outfit or a baggy green, waiting for hours that there is some chance the batter will hit the ball my way. And yes Leah, that game. I used to love it too.

I added a heap of links so you know what I’m refering to.

  7. Come down to Melbs and we’ll go learn how to ice skate then go play ice hockey, that’ll be fun. Oh and Little Fish is awesome, goes to show Aussie’s aren’t completely hopeless when it comes to film.

  8. Forget cricket, WTF??! Maybe you should do some thing that you detest, like cleaning your appartment, or soem decorating etc, then you will feel the string urge to go back to your computer.
    Go for a jog.

  10. But you don’t mean “apartment” or “some”?

    Comment by Sin Ogaris — 10/10/2005 @ 16:03

  11. ‘apartment’? haha. that makes it sound… like you could live in it.

  12. Sin, you should not reccomend a trip to go paintballing. Remember what you killed last time. Did you ever get to see the video of that? A lot of blood!

    Comment by weshead — 10/11/2005 @ 13:43

  13. Actually no, I never did see the video. Paintballing was fun, we should really do that again, or better yet, we should go play ice hockey, ice hockey rules.

  14. Sin (Duncan), funny how well those two words go together to make me laugh!! Do you live in Melbourne now? Where abouts, preempting the answer…

    Comment by Nicole — 10/12/2005 @ 14:33

  15. The video is a gore fest, there is blood everywhere and you’re standing there with the most shocked look on your face. Where is there an ice rink in melb?

    Comment by weshead — 10/12/2005 @ 15:40

  16. There’s one around South Melbourne somewhere, I can’t remember exactly, I’ve always been meaning to go and learn but never got around to it. Of course, it could have been knocked down for all I know (a few have been). But I’m pretty sure there is still one around.

  17. Oh, and I live in Burwood. Going to move somewhere around Hawthorn/Richmond early next year.

  18. Oh please. White men can’t jump and Australians can’t skate! At least that’s what I was told as a young Canadian many years ago.

  19. At least we know how to think, and don’t need other people telling us what to think, hence where you got that crazy notion from, so yeah. Better recognise.

    Comment by Sin Ogaris — 10/21/2005 @ 23:01

  20. I live in the lands of ice and snow and I’ve never learned how to skate. :) At this point I can say with certainty that I never will learn how.
