Bored

One of my workmates was away all week so to surprise him on his return on Monday, I have built for him his very own office out of cardboard. No I don’t have anything better to do with my time.

I get robbed.

Don’t ask me why, I just seem to be a magnet for thieves. The following story is the most recent of many incidents where I have lost something due to thievery. This morning I went out to my car to drive to work and lo and behold, someone has smashed through my drivers side window and stolen my car stereo and my CDs. Now it isn’t all that bad I guess, it does however suck that the window was worth more than the stereo. Why didn’t they just ask, instead of inconveniencing me now without a stereo AND having to fix the window???

Note: The above picture is only a dramatization and isn’t actually a picture of someone breaking into my car. In fact, it isn’t even my car, or my hand, in said picture. Also that would be pretty dumb of someone to break into someone elses car while that someone else is inside… with a camera. Anyway yeah… Lame-boat.

Crap Music

This year had so much promise of good music, but it’s been a big fizzle. New Relient K, new Anberlin, new Linkin Park, new Missy Higgins, new Paperadio. What a lineup! Pity they all sucked. Sure some more than others, and sure by sucked i meant in comparison to their previous albums (so they are still WAY better than nearly everything else) They have either gone all “hey that one song on the last album that was soft and noone liked, lets do the whole next album like that” I’m looking at you Anberlin and Linkin Park. Or they have gone all “hey I’m kinda popular now, I can sing any old crap and people will buy it” Missy Higgins and Relient K. Or they ditched their singer and the new one is horrible (only one standing is Paperadio, and yeah it’s them).

So yeah, make better music and I might actually buy it. Hey it’s happened before. Yay for Weird Al!!1!
